According to Odaily Planet Daily, Nasdaq-listed Qualigen Therapeutics (QLGN) announced that it has completed the construction of infrastructure, including US dollar cash settlement, bank accounts, and cryptocurrency custody accounts, over the past two weeks. It will officially begin purchasing its first strategic assets this week, primarily investing in the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, with a focus on “blue-chip” crypto assets such as BNB, ETH, and SOL. (Globenewswire)

Earlier news reported that FF has made a strategic investment of $41 million in Nasdaq-listed company QLGN, with Jia Yueting investing $4 million. QLGN will be renamed CXC 10.

Faraday Future founder Jia Yueting posted on the X platform: “The SEC’s approval of Plume Network as a registered transfer agent not only marks a milestone in compliance but also the maturity of critical market infrastructure. This paves the way for the legal on-chain recording and transfer of RWA ownership, solving the industry’s “last mile” challenge and serving as a catalyst for CXC10’s “dual flywheel” strategy. CXC10 is focused on bringing trillions of dollars of physical assets (including vehicles, data, and energy) in the automotive ecosystem onto the blockchain. The infrastructure is now ready, and the first product will be a new category of compliant RWA assets.”
